Confirm and reconfirm

The Reconfirming contirmaciones and shall be in writing, indicating the reservation code.

CANCELLATIONS

• The agencies may moditicar and / or cancel their confirmed reservations before 10 days from the date of admission for individuals and 20 days in case anticipacién groups (6 or more people).
• NO SHOW fee equal to 100% of the invoiced amount. In case of early cancellation stipulated in the preceding paragraph will be refunded the full amount minus the cost for administrative costs.
• The rooming list must be sent 30 DAYS before arrival of guests Ia.

BILLING

A reservation will be pre-paid at the times determined by the hotel and report, unless otherwise agreed upon mutual coordination between both parties. We usually recommend doing the pre-paid 20 DAYS before arrival of guests.
